Sauna treatment with the unique Terra Sigilata clay mud offers you a surprisingly simple but at the same time unexpectedly pleasant experience!

The sauna treatment uses different types of coloured clay mud containing curative minerals. They differ from each other in their composition and size of particles. The sauna treatment will begin with applying coloured clay with gentle massaging movements to different areas of your body.

Very fine WHITE CLAY with the creamy structure is applied to your face, cleavage and breasts.
RUSSET efficiently relaxing and soothing curative clay is applied to your joints, back and hands. DARK GREY curative clay with a peeling and cleansing effect is applied to your feet and back. The massaging movements used in applying the clay help strengthen and tone the tissues. It will also improve the skin's blood supply which in turn helps remove residues from the skin and supports cleansing of the skin.

Wrapped in a plastic film, you will spend an enjoyable 20 minutes in a sauna heated to 60°C to let the ingredients in the clay take effect.

After washing the wrap off under the shower, your skin will be perfectly soft, smooth and sufficiently moisturised. The effect of the clay is so powerful that you do not have to rub cream on your skin after a sauna treatment.
