This package is specially tailored by the chief Estonia's therapist Hele Torop for those who have reached the age of 50, considering their age peculiarities and necessities.

Packages starts from 4 nights.
Package includes:
- Accommodation in a standard double room in a specified building
- Breakfast and dinner in a buffet restaurant
- Doctor's appointment, an individual treatment plan included
- Medical trial „Health Break" or measuring blood sugar and cholesterin (according to doctor's advice).
Health Break: determining the main metabolism, measuring the BMI, measuring the body fat percentage, measuring the visceral fat level, measuring the skeletal muscle percentage), personal trials consultation and medical advice by the attending nurse.
- Guided water gymnastics or therapeutic exercises in the sports hall.

1 procedure from the following list:
* Partial body massage (20 min),
* osocerite, or mineral wax treatment,
* back massage and stretching table, or relaxation therapy (15 min),
* paraffin for hands, pearl bath with herbs,
* hydrotherapy with mud extract or sea salt,
* foot bath, CO2 bath, underwater shower massage,
* Electrotherapy (magneto therapy, ultrasound, microwave, diadynamics, amplipulse, inhalation, cold quartz; only prescribed by therapist).
* The use of the saunas and pool centre „Estonia Termid" until 17.00

Additional pay for a single room:
- In standard rooms of White Building and Park Building - 5,7 € person/night,
- In Green Building and Park Building on floors 7 and 6 - 7,6 € person/night

TREATMENT PROCEDURES ON SUNDAYS:

PARK BUILDING
Classical massage - by prior reservation. Please book your time no later than at 16.00 on Saturday.
On Saturdays it is possible to make time reservations in the room 225 inthe Park Building.

Relaxation room can be used on Sundays without prior reservation.
Please contact the nurse of the Park Building (room 225) on Sunday.

GREEN BUILDING
Upon prior reservation we offer the following procedures: classical massage, salt chamber, paraffin hand treatment, relaxation room, back massage and stretching table and cellulite massage table.
Please book your time no later than at 16.00 on Saturday in the medical reception.
