Wild rose or rose hip, which grows widely in Estonian coastal areas, is globally known and used as a basic component in facial care. Rose hip narrows, cleanses, refreshes, calms, and renews old skin. Rose hip creates a loving and relaxed atmosphere. The facial treatment begins with relieving shoulder tensions. Then, face is moisturized with a warm towel, and given an exfoliating Haapsalu mud mask, which also contains mineral and vitamin-rich kama flour and crushed wild rose blossoms. The mask is followed by a calming facial and decolletage massage with calendula lotion. Finally, wild rose water is sprayed on the face and clients are offered herbal tea in the waiting room.

Peat and Meadowsweet Facial Treatment

Meadowsweet is a magical and mystical plant, which is associated with the love of the universe and human’s third eye. It is good for people who have trouble with focusing and who feel too much responsibility. For example, meadowsweet is perfect for mothers of little children and professionals with a high workload. The herb restores internal balance and can cause mystical dreams. Peat contains a humic bioactive substance which is absorbed well through skin and, due to its absorbability, removes toxins from the body. Humic substances activate blood and lymphatic circulation and balances the hormonal functions. The facial treatment begins with relieving shoulder tensions. Then, face is moisturized with a warm towel, and given an exfoliating peat-meadowsweet mask. During the facial mask, the client is given a head or hand massage. Special products (exfoliator, serum, massage cream, mask and eye cream) are designed specifically to tone and refresh the skin around the eyes. The treatment is carried out with the help of porcelain massage spoons developed by Sothys, which have a cooling and swelling-reducing effect.

Neem Tree Healing Scalp Treatment

Neem and coconut oil scalp treatment stimulates blood circulation, and hair growth in the scalp, at the same time being pleasantly relaxing. Coconut oil strengthens the hair shaft and helps to prevent loss of protein in hair. Neem oil has a therapeutic effect on the scalp and stimulates hair growth. Special Indian massage also includes neck and décolletage besides the scalp. A large amount of aromatic oil is used during the massage.
