Visit us when you are healthy! If you feel ill, stay home and consult a doctor. Don’t worry, we do not charge any fee if you change or cancel your reservation.!

Please DO NOT visit hotel, spa centre or spa treatments if: 

• You have tested positive for COVID-19 or suspect that you may be ill, stay home and avoid contact with other people.
• You have come into close contact with an individual who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, it is strongly recommended to self-isolate for at least five days and monitor your health.
• You exhibit symptoms of an acute infectious respiratory disease (including mild rhinitis, a sore throat, an itchy throat, a cough, etc.Our team will do everything to make your holiday with us both safe and enjoyable! We are waiting for you!
