joulumenuuRestaurant NOOT welcomes you to Pärnu to celebrate the wonderful Advent and Christmas time.
We look forward to seeing you at our restaurant where you can try the special menu our chef Rudolf Visnapuu has compiled for Christmas 2019.

Our Christmas menus are served for groups at least 10 persons from 27 November 2019 to 17 January 2020. For smaller groups we recommend our new winter  à la carte menulook here.

Christmas menu for groups 2019

* Christmas Caesar salad à la Nootwith marinated duck fillet
* Oven-baked goat’s cheese with honey glaze, beetroot carpaccio, green salad and Vana Tallinn balsamic vinaigrette

* Mushroom and truffle soup with basil croutons

Main courses
* Sous Vide pork tenderloin, served with XL potatoes, soybeans fried in butter and a porter sauce
* Butter-fried flounder fillet, served with seasonal vegetables and a vegan sauce

* Fresh berry salad with popcorn syrup and prosecco sorbet
* Noot’scoffeemisu with rich vanilla ice cream

CHRISTMAS BUFFET for groups 2019

We serve Christmas buffet for groups from 25 to 200 persons.

Cold buffet
• Fresh Noot salad with marinated cherry tomatoes and fresh cucumber
• Roast potato salad with beef
• Noot Caesar salad with roast chicken fillet and Christmas Caesar dressing
• “Snowy beet” salad with couscous
• Noot secret recipe pickled mushrooms
• Duck liver pâté with roasted Noot black bread

Warm buffet
• Homemade pork roll under a blanket of sauerkraut
• Green Egg grilled boneless chicken thighs in orange marinade
• Baked herb-crusted trout fillet, hollandaise and mustard sauce
• Hemp black pudding with lingonberry jam

Warm sides
• Glazed roast carrots
• Potato and cheese bake
• Vegan vegetables with vegetable cream

Sweet buffet
• Mille-feuille with strawberries
• Honey-lemon salad with pomegranate seeds and pistachio nuts
• Gingerbread, cream cheese and custard dessert with Vana Tallinn sauce

Prepared food is estimated at 500g per guest

Booking requirements:

• The menu is served at the ESTONIA Resort Hotel & Spa**** restaurant NOOT from 27 Nov 2019– 17 Jan 2020. The time meant for serving the buffet meal is up to 3 hours.
• The offer is valid for reservations made at least 72 hours before the desired meal time, calculated in working days.
• The volume of the order can be amended by up to 10%, provided the restaurant is informed at least 48 h before the time of your arrival.
• We can only consider special diets if we are informed of them beforehand.
