Pet owner’s guide

NB! The number of rooms available for guests travelling with pets is limited. Advance booking is required!

We welcome dogs and cats in our hotel. If you would like to bring a different pet with you, please consult with our staff beforehand.

» Please do not leave your pet unattended in your hotel room. If there is still a strong need to do so, please hang the “Dog in the room” sign on your door. For safety reasons, please always leave your pet in a cage if you leave the room.
» Pets are not allowed in the spa area (including spa centre TERMID and spa treatments) and in the restaurant.
» Always keep your pet on a leash when walking your pet on the hotel premises. Pet waste must be collected in a plastic bag and disposed of in a lidded waste bin.
» Please walk your pet outside the hotel parking area.
» The hotel has the right to ask a guest whose pet is causing a disturbance to leave the hotel (e.g., if a dog is constantly barking).
» The hotel has a right to charge pet owners for any damage caused by their pets, as well as for additional cleaning costs, including deep cleaning and dry cleaning, if necessary.
» Please inform reception if you would like the housekeeper to clean your room. There is no housekeeping without prior agreement. For the safety of the hotel staff, your pet cannot stay in the room during housekeeping.
» When washing your pet´s paws, please use the special towels provided for paws.
» Pets are only allowed in the room they are registered to stay in.
» The fee for pets is 20 EUR / night / pet. We have equipped your room with a water bowl, a towel for paws and little plastic bags.
