Best practices for enjoying spa services

Welcome to ESTONIA Medical Spa & Hotel! We kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with our best practices so that your use of our spa services is smooth and enjoyable.

Booking and cancelling services

  • To ensure the desired treatments, we recommend booking them in advance.
    Choose a time for your treatment and book and pay conveniently ONLINE!
  •  Booking by phone or e-mail:
    Medical treatments can be booked at ravip@spaestonia.ee or by calling +372 447 6950
    Beauty treatments can be booked at ilusalong@spaestonia.ee or by calling +372 440 1015
  •  Services and products can be paid for on site in cash (euro) or with a bank card or gift card, except for bookings made ONLINE, for which payment is made by card payment or via a bank link.
  •  Should your plans change, we kindly ask you to cancel your booking no later than 48 hours before the start of the service (via the contacts indicated above).
  •  In case of failure to cancel or failure to show up, the hotel has the right to charge the full price of the service.
  •  A service booked and paid online must also be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance by sending an e-mail to medonline@spaestonia.ee. If you do not cancel, a new time will not be booked for you and the paid amount will not be refunded.

Service opening hours and locations

  • BEAUTY SALON – services are provided in the beauty salon on the 1st floor of the A-block.
    Hairdresser, manicurist, pedicurist, beautician: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
    Body treatments and massages: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Sat 11.00 AM–7:00 PM; Sun 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • MEDICAL TREATMENTS – provided in different rooms at the hotel – please ask at the hotel’s reception.
    Most treatment procedures are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; some procedures also offered on Saturdays and Sundays (more information available at the time of booking)

Arrival and preparations

  • Arrive 15 minutes early for your treatment so that you can prepare calmly.
  •  If you are up to 5 minutes late, your service time will be shortened accordingly. For longer delays, we cannot guarantee that the service will be provided.
  • We strive to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere around the treatment rooms. Therefore, we kindly ask you to speak softly and keep your mobile phone on silent.
  •  We recommend avoiding spa treatments immediately after eating.
  • When coming to the treatment, kindly remove any jewellery and take a shower or sauna beforehand – this will help make the treatment more effective.

Health and safety

  • Before booking a treatment, we recommend making sure that you do not have any contraindications for the selected procedure. If necessary, consult your family doctor.
  • Before your treatment, please inform the spa staff of any health issues (e.g. chronic illnesses, allergies, recent surgeries) or conditions we should be aware of (e.g. pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc.). This helps us determine whether the service you wish to receive is safe and suitable for you, taking into account your health and any special needs.
  • Spa services are not permitted for the following health conditions and diseases: acute upper respiratory infections, fever, infectious skin diseases, exacerbations of chronic conditions, or acute inflammation (apparatus physiotherapy is performed only upon a medical professional’s recommendation). If you have any doubts, consult with our medical specialist (doctor or nurse).
  • The spa reserves the right to refuse service to guests under the influence of alcohol. Payments for booked and paid services will not be refunded.

Comfort and privacy

  • Our spa staff use professional, high-quality products and explain what each service includes and its benefits before it begins.
  • If you wish, we provide disposable underwear for your body treatment.
  • Do not hesitate to let the staff know your preferences and how you feel – if you are too cold, too hot, or if the massage pressure feels too strong or too light.

After the treatment

  • After your treatment, we kindly ask you to vacate the room within a reasonable time so that it can be prepared for the next guest.
  • After a massage or body treatment, it is not recommended to go to the water park immediately, as this may reduce the effects of the treatment.
  • We encourage you to share your suggestions and feedback with the spa manager, administrator, or hotel management at any time. Your feedback helps us improve our service and make your next visit even more enjoyable.
