Set menu 3.:

  • Baltic herring with boiled potatoes, lettuce and sour cream sauce
  • Požarski cutlet (minced chicken meat cutlet with bread crust) served with cauliflower and pea mousse and hollandaise sauce
  • Whipped cheese cream with sea buckthorn jam
  • Bread and butter, coffee, tea and spring water

  • Nicoise salad a la NOOT with beef
  • Grilled corn chicken fillet with teriyaki glaze served with couscous and cherry tomatoes
  • Whole grain and yoghurt mix with raspberry sauce and Tosca cookies

Set menu 5 (vegan):
