Location and parking
ESTONIA Resort Hotel & Spa is situated in a prime location in an idyllic beach area of Pärnu, only 5 minutes away from the beach boardwalk and 15 minutes from the city center. A few steps away from the hotel you can find a Pärnu Beach Park.

Parking:
- Parking in the hotel building parking lot (marked with P1) is for hotel guests and for extra charge. Parking fee is 10 €/night (from 1.05.2024 20€/night). Parking spaces are limited, please reserve a parking space in advance.
- Parking in the Spa and Conference building parking lot (marked with P2) is free of charge for hotel and conference guests (from 1.05.2024 10€/night). These places cannot be reserved in advance.
Parking on surrounding streets is free of charge unil 30.04.2024. From 1.05.2024 there are all year paid parking. Additional information in Visit Pärnu webpage visitparnu.com.

Parking in the parking lots of ESTONIA Resort Hotel & Spa will be chargeable! Parking is available if there are vacant spaces.

P1 (for hotel guests)
1 night / €20
A parking space must be booked in advance and availability is guaranteed.
P2 (for guests of the hotel, restaurant, spa treatments, spa centre and conference centre)
3 hrs / €5
1 night / €10
Parking spaces cannot be booked in advance and availability is not guaranteed.
NB! Parking “1 night” is allowed from check-in to check-out.
Parking instructions:
P1 – the number of parking spaces is limited; please book in advance when booking accommodation.
P2 – register the parking:
* hotel guests – at the hotel reception
* restaurant guests – in the restaurant
* guests using spa treatments and visiting the spa centre – at the spa reception (2nd and 3rd floors)
* conference centre guests – on the 1st floor of the conference centre.
Please note! A parking permit for the P2 parking lot will not guarantee the availability of a parking space for the entire stay at the hotel if the guest leaves the hotel parking lot for a while during the stay.
When using a parking clock, parking will be free of charge for 30 minutes to register the parking at the reception.
