Group Menus 2024

Restaurant NOOT at ESTONIA Resort Hotel & Spa offers group menus for parties of at least 10 people and buffet menus for groups of at least 25 guests. For smaller parties, we recommend our á la carte menu.

We kindly ask you to select one menu type for the whole group. Please send us a selection of courses latest 4 days before arrival. In the case of vegetarians and allergies, minor differences in the selection are possible if you send us the information with courses.

Group menu selections

Appetisers (salads, soups)

  • Tofu salad with grilled peppers – vegan
  • Mozzarella salad with Mediterranean style vegetables
  • Caesar salad with grilled chicken fillet
  • Roast beef tartare with smoked tomato and ciabatta bread
  • Handmade salmon dumplings with crawfish sauce and cheese
  • Creamy cauliflower and carrot soup with smoked salmon
  • Mildly spicy chicken and coconut soup with noodles

Main dishes

  • Panko breaded pike perch fillet, couscous, white wine caviar sauce
  • Oven-baked salmon fillet, rich mashed potatoes, crawfish Hollandaise sauce
  • Grilled chicken fillet, sundried tomato pearl barley, champignon sauce
  • Pulled duck leg confit, potato gratin, cherry demi-glace sauce
  • Grilled pork fillet slices, oven-baked potatoes with bacon, mustard sauce
  • Mushroom risotto filled pepper, basil and tomato sauce, warm vegetable salad – vegan


  • Fruit salad with lemongrass and ginger syrup, mango parfait – vegan
  • Strawberry soup with nut and mascarpone cream
  • Toasted sea buckthorn and cream cheese cake in a glass, with black bread crumbs and blueberry kissel
  • Milk chocolate mousse with vanilla ice cream
  • Poached pear with Vana Tallinn liqueur cream – vegan

Price of group menu:

  • Main dish 18 € person
  • Two courses 24 € person
  • Three courses 28 € person
  • Three courses and a glass of house wine 34 € person

The price includes bread, flavored water, coffee and tea.

Reservation conditions:

  • The menu is served in restaurant NOOT at ESTONIA Resort Hotel & Spa
  • Applies to one menu (the same menu for the whole group) and for pre-orders placed no later than 4 working days in advance. The restaurant has the right to extend the pre-order period at times of higher demand or in case of larger groups. In such a case, we will send you detailed terms by e-mail.
  • The order quantity can be changed by a maximum of 10% at the latest 2 working days before arrival.
  • In the case of vegetarians and allergies, minor differences in the selection are possible if you send us the information with courses.
