ESTONIA Resort Hotel & Spa restaurant NOOT offers groups of at least 25 guests buffet menus, groups of at least 10 guests group menus, and for smaller groups we recommend the restaurant’s á la carte menu.

BUFFET MENUS for groups of at least 25 guests
from February 25

Soup buffet 1. Price: €14 / person

  • Cauliflower and carrot cream soup (vegan)
  • Mildly spicy chicken Tom Kha
  • Clear fish soup with broccoli
  • Soup toppings and sides: sour cream, croutons, grated cheese, black and white bread
  • Buns, coffee, tea, flavoured water

That includes 350 g of prepared food per person.

Soup buffet 2. Price: €14 / person

  • Tomato and bean soup (vegan)
  • Potato and mushroom soup with smoked meat
  • Pumpkin and celeriac cream soup
  • Soup toppings and sides: sour cream, croutons, grated cheese, black and white bread
  • Buns, coffee, tea, flavoured water

That includes 350 g of prepared food per person.

For dessert, we recommend cake of the day by Restaurant NOOT for €3.50.

  • Frillice and tomato salad with pesto sauce and herb croutons
  • Classic Greek salad
  • Roasted chicken fillet with mildly spicy Tom Kha sauce
  • Steamed rice with vegetables
  • Blueberry and yoghurt mousse with toasted black bread crumbs and nuts
  • Buns, coffee, tea, flavoured water

That includes 400 g of prepared food per person.

Buffet 2. Price: €23 / person

  • Cucumber and paprika salad with pesto sauce and herb croutons
  • Mini mozzarella and tomato ball salad
  • Oven-baked pork fillet with horseradish sauce
  • Slightly creamy oven-baked potato
  • Raspberry mousse with grated chocolate and strawberries
  • Buns, coffee, tea, flavoured water

Buffet 3. Price: €29 / person

  • Cold dishes:
    Fresh salad mix with herb sauce, grated Parmesan and croutons
    Niçoise salad with tuna
    Caesar salad with roasted chicken fillet
  • Hot dishes:
    Fried white fish, tartar sauce
    Stew with smoked bacon and pork
    Oven-baked vegetables
    Steamed rice with fresh spinach and vegetables
  • Desserts:
    Nut and curd cream with caramel sauce
    Peach and passion cheesecake
  • Buns, coffee, tea, flavoured water

Buffet 4. Price: €29 / person

  • Cold dishes:
    Fresh salad mix with herb sauce, grated Parmesan and croutons
    Feta cheese and three tomato salad with nut oil
    Waldorf salad with salted salmon
  • Hot dishes:
    Steamed perch fillet, Hollandaise spinach sauce
    Grilled chicken thigh with champignons and peppers
    Steamed vegetables
    Oven-baked garlic potatoes
  • Desserts:
    Chocolate mousse with cherry kissel
    Apple and nut cake (vegan)
  • Buns, coffee, tea, flavoured water

  • Cold dishes:
    “Fresh salad bar”: green salad mix, fresh cucumber, tomato, red onion, pickle, various olives, fresh peppers, pickled mushrooms, handmade hummus by NOOT, handmade chicken liver mousse by NOOT on toast, olive oil sauce, seeds, croutons
    Oriental style ham and noodle salad with Teriyaki sauce
    Caesar salad with smoked salmon and shrimps
    Bean salad with meat and rice
  • Hot dishes:
    Oven-baked salmon with vegetables, smoked salmon Hollandaise sauce and boiled potatoes
    Sous-videbeef cheek with red wine sauce
    Tandoori chicken with rice, vegetables and Raita sauce
    Cauliflower gratin with cheese
  • Desserts:
    Cherry cake with vanilla and poppyseed sauce
    Caramel-fried white bread slices with almond whipped cream and berry sauce

Reservation conditions:

  • Menu is served at ESTONIA Resort Hotel & Spa Restaurant NOOT
  • Buffet serving time is up to 3h.
  • Applies to one menu (the same menu for the whole group) and for pre-orders placed no later than 4 working days in advance. The restaurant has the right to extend the pre-order period at times of higher demand or in case of larger groups. In such a case, we will send you detailed terms by e-mail.
  • The order quantity can be changed by a maximum of 10% at the latest 48 hours before arrival.
  • Special diets can be accommodated if we are notified beforehand with course selection.
