Our wonderful sauna experiences are awaiting visitors again, under the guidance of an experienced sauna master!

The sauna brings together the wisdom of stones, the heat of fire, the softness of water, the healing nature of hot air and the magic of plants. Sauna calms your mind and organises your thoughts. Sauna is an experience!

With the exciting rituals, our sauna master will introduce you to the diverse nature of the world of saunas and will turn sauna into a special experience through the relaxing and healing procedures.

On Wednesdays, we have the FINNISH SAUNA day and on Thursdays,
we have the AROMA sauna day

The Finnish sauna and aroma sauna rituals are free of charge for visitors. No prebooking available. Be quick to have your spot in the sauna! Between the Finnish sauna and aroma sauna rituals, you can enjoy PRIVATE WHISKING by the experienced sauna master. The private whisking lasts for 15 minutes and is available for a maximum of two people at a time.

The spa centre has the right to change the ritual times.

Book yourself a PRIVATE whisking or the “Sauna Journey” ritual for your group

“Sauna Journey”
A ritual that allows you to escape your daily worries
and enjoy the many pleasures of the sauna.

Time: 60 min
For groups of up to 12 people (max 16 people)
Price: €200 (up to 8 people), extra €7/person from 9 people upwards

The Sauna Journey ritual is performed:
In the WHISK sauna – the price of the spa centre ticket will be added
In the private sauna – the price of the private sauna  will be added

The “Sauna Journey” is made up of three parts:
– Different aromas are used in the first part to help cleanse the body and invigorate both the body and the mind. The sauna master will talk about the effects and benefits of different aromas on our body.
– Once the body is nicely relaxed by the aromas, the sauna whisks are introduced. The sauna master uses different whisks, and everyone will have the chance to feel the whisks on their body.
– The ritual culminates in a really hot sauna. The body is stimulated by alternating hot and cold temperatures and by whisking, and the hot steam coming from the stones will wipe away all worries.
Small breaks are taken between the different parts of the ritual to cool down.

The ritual is a great experience for a real sauna lover as well as those who only enjoy it occasionally.

Sauna training in a private sauna

This is a great way to do something different at a team event or anniversary party! The sauna training is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part provides an overview of different sauna types, discusses the physiological impact of sauna, and introduces sauna traditions and beliefs. In the practical part, the sauna master will take you to the saunas of the SPA&SAUN centre to put the theoretical knowledge into practice.

Time: 60–120 min (depends on the size of the group)
For groups of 8–16 people
Price: €25/person (the price of a private sauna will be added)
For smaller groups (up to 8 people), the price of the training is €200.
